This is a local (2nd owner) 2008 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer (renamed 330 Sundancer in 2010, as it is 33' overall) that has Twin Merc 350 Mag MPI 300hp/ea (port engine replaced with a remanufactured 5.7L in 2023 and both engines had new Manifolds/Risers replaced at the same time as well) with Bravo III Outdrives (port outdrive replaced in 2022') that have DTS (Digital Throttle System, no cables!) along with a Bow Thruster! Current owner added a RayMarine 9" Touchscreen MFD to go with the RayMarine C80, which between the 2 have GPS/Radar/Sonar!

Cabin has a Fixed Forward Berth, Mid Berth, Couch (slides out for additional sleeper), Full Galley that includes a Microwave, Double Electric Stove Top, Refrigerator, Crisper Drawer and Sink. The Enclosed Head has a Vacuflush Toilet, Sink and Shower! Seating in the cockpit for plenty of guests, along with a cockpit refrigerator! 

There is a big difference between this 2008 310 Sundancer and the 2010-newer 310's, as this '08 is bigger boat, 33' overall, has a wider beam, bigger engines, has a fixed forward berth, along with many other features and better layout over the newer 310's. 

This boat was just serviced and had a pre-listing mechanical inspection done on the engines/outdrives/generator by a local service shop on Lake Union, so it is ready to go for the next owners! Mechanical inspection report can be seen at the showing as well.
