Seattle, Washington March 10, 2011 Irwin Yacht Sales, longtime Northwest Yacht Brokerage Company in Seattle, has announced a change in location effective March 1, 2011. Formerly located in the Vic Franck Company marina building, Irwin has moved to new quarters right next door into a newly remodeled office at the foot of Stone Way at north Lake Union. They will continue to offer low cost-high quality moorage to their clients at both the Vic Franck Company Marina, and their new office at Morris & Company Marine Center yard, right next door to the old office. Matt Maynard, owner-operator of Irwin Yacht Sales Seattle said, "We just ran out of room due to increased business, and additional associate brokers! Maynard, and his associates, Rich Torgan and Captain Kevin Blake, look forward to your visit at their newly expanded facilities.
Long time N.W. broker, Jim Irwin, who operates in Portland with his associates, Brad Fairchild and Kevin Kidd, hailed the new facilities as, " A step in the right direction for Maynard and his associates. We all know the market has been terrible, however, once again we'll return to being a dynamic industry that helps drive the N.W. economy." The Irwin Yacht Sales Team is celebrating it's 45th year of business this year.
